Hatha Yoga
Combines physical postures (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama) to achieve balance and harmony. Practitioners will build strength, improve posture, and become more flexible over time.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa emphasizes moving from one pose to the next in a coordinated, conscious way. It incorporates the same poses as Hatha, but moves at a faster pace, requiring greater breath control and providing a great low-intensity cardio workout.
