No problem. Classes are designed for all levels and all body types. The instructor will guide the students on modifying poses from beginner to intermediate level.
It depends on how many employee are attending. A yoga mat is typically 68 inches long and 24 inches wide, so you can use this to determine how much space you will need. For reference, a 10x10 space will fit five yoga mats.
You won't need a dedicated workout room. We've held classes in break rooms, conference rooms, office spaces (clearing out chairs), lobbies and office kitchens.
Yes! If weather is permitting and there is a clear area, we can definitely do yoga outside.
Yoga is practiced without shoes. However, employees may wear socks or keep their shoes on if they prefer .
Yes, you can. Comfy, stretchy clothing is best. Be sure it's not too loose that it falls or sags, nor too tight that you can't move well. Also, you can always modify poses to the clothing, if too restrictive or baggy.
